Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and deliver Canva’s IT strategy, translating business priorities into a technology roadmap with goals teams can rally behind.
  • •Lead and develop high-performing teams by setting clear direction, building capability, and fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
  • •Deliver workforce technology experiences across onboarding, device management, tools and access, and AI/automation that support how teams connect globally.
  • •Build a measurement culture using data to track service quality, prioritize work, surface risks early, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
  • •Own highest-priority in-flight initiatives and ensure they are on track for delivery, while representing IT in org-level and company-wide forums.
