Facilitate and manage the transportation workflow for customer vehicles across an assigned region. You’ll verify vehicle status via phone and email, process manual and AS400 orders, handle escalated VINs, monitor holds and verification delays, and coordinate with carriers on dispatches and timelines. The role also involves fee processing, corrective actions for vendors, tracking margin and performance analytics, and producing reports for management.
