Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager, escalating process or system gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards across the sales floor and stockroom standards and processes
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, metrics, and vendor/facilities coordination to support store operations and profitability
