Job Summary

Maintain and repair facility and equipment during the 2nd shift to keep operations running smoothly. Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and respond to maintenance issues across building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators) while supporting facility upkeep and day-to-day needs. Coordinate Fire/Life Safety system testing, work with vendors and contractors, keep maintenance records, and follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and the AutoStore system, monitoring performance and responding to issues.
•Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment).
•Coordinate and maintain required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
•Maintain facility appearance and functionality, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces.
•Keep accurate maintenance records; identify and address safety hazards; follow safety policies and PPE requirements; coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.

•Commitment to safety with strong attention to quality and accuracy.
