Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer customer questions and support design-in activities for released MCU products, including forum/email support and schematic/layout review.
  • •Debug customer problems by recreating issues on evaluation boards and provide on-site customer board support as required.
  • •Design EVM and internal evaluation boards, and create user guides and test procedures for customer use.
  • •Perform bench characterization for high-speed communication and analog interfaces, including test technique development and bench automation.
  • •Create reference designs and application notes, support datasheet completeness review, and participate in early design-in and new silicon testing; travel to customer locations for diagnostics and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, ECE, or a related field.
  • •At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience supporting applications for analog products.
  • •Strong hardware and software debugging skills.
  • •Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
