Job Summary

Support Key’s Leveraged Loans Portfolio Management team by performing financial analysis and building underwriting documents for complex corporate credit requests, including new exposures and amendments. Conduct leveraged cash flow modeling and enhanced due diligence, manage credit monitoring and risk rating, review legal documentation, and help structure transactions alongside business partners/relationship managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather and analyze financial data, spread financial statements, assess creditworthiness, identify risks and mitigants, and support accuracy with third-party resources.
•Model future financial performance, including downside scenarios, and prepare thorough credit underwriting documents for leveraged transactions.
•Support leveraged cash flow due diligence, assist in diligence of new LBO opportunities, and contribute to annual reviews for existing clients.
•Conduct ongoing credit monitoring and risk rating by tracking covenant compliance, liquidity and earnings trends, and ensuring timely risk-rated updates in systems and reporting.
•Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory checks (including MCA/Patriot Act/OFAC) and review/maintain required legal documentation.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking, and/or financial services experience.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and calculate credit metrics using tools such as financial ratios.
•Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, including downside scenarios.
•Knowledge of credit agreements and loan documentation, including interpreting and negotiating terms and mitigants.
•Competence with Microsoft Office, including significant experience with Microsoft Excel.
