Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
  • •Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation.
  • •Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • •Support preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP (or IFRS, as applicable).
  • •Assist with external audits and collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, and Tax to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of accounting experience, including corporate accounting experience.
  • •Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and account analysis/financial statements.
  • •Experience reconciling accounts and performing GL analysis with strong attention to detail.
  • •Ability to use large ERP and accounting software (preferred: SAP, Oracle, INTACCT, NetSuite, Maconomy).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; basic Excel skills (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Fluent English.
  • •Highly organized, motivated, and able to prioritize, multitask, and meet critical deadlines.
