Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the frameworks you’re accountable for and develop and maintain client relationships and reputation.
  • •Develop and deliver framework account plans with Strategy & Growth leads and CAMs, ensuring delivery against safety, programme, cost, innovation, and quality metrics.
  • •Understand and manage commercial, contractual, and technical obligations; deliver and report on Framework KPIs to drive client satisfaction and repeat work.
  • •Identify upcoming client pursuits and lead proposal development with bid and delivery teams to create winning technical and commercial strategies.
  • •Work with colleagues to identify business needs (capacity and capability) and support team development through progression and recruitment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject.
  • •Deep understanding of the water sector and knowledge of the regulatory environment clients operate in.
  • •Proven experience building strong relationships and mutual trust with stakeholders within client organisations.
  • •Experience delivering technical and commercial bid development for water industry schemes.
  • •Experience delivering across project phases such as business case development, feasibility, outline/conceptual design, and detailed design (plus construction support).
