Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure water leaving the treatment facility meets local, state, and federal requirements and keep the state informed of changes in water quality or engineering processes.
  • •Maintain and operate treatment systems and treatment equipment, including performing operational and preventative maintenance.
  • •Oversee wastewater sample collection and ensure samples are correctly sent to the lab to determine permit compliance.
  • •Supervise team members performing wastewater tasks while ensuring compliance with HR and safety policies, food safety, sanitation, and other management duties.
  • •Analyze operational data to identify needed changes and improvements; maintain operations logs and generate reports for local management, corporate office, and government agencies.
