Job Summary

Support the service team to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while delivering world-class customer experience. You’ll handle vehicle pickup/drop-off and loaner moves, run errands such as Bodyshop visits and Electrify America test charging, assist with pre-delivery inspection (PDI) carrier prep and vehicle hand-over, and help technicians with basic repairs. Duties may also include moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, and washing vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, both internal and external.
•Handle vehicle moves including dropping off/picking up customer vehicles and/or loaners, running to the Bodyshop, and test charging at Electrify America charge stations.
•Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request.
•Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, including help with check-in processes when needed.
•Assist technicians with basic repairs and support the service department with tasks such as moving/staging vehicles, delivering parts, and washing vehicles.

Salary: USD 21 - 29 hourly
