Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily inbound operations to ensure accurate, timely receipt, unloading, inspection, and system processing of inbound shipments.
  • •Coordinate inbound schedules with carriers, suppliers, transportation providers, and warehouse operations to optimize dock utilization and product flow.
  • •Lead process improvement initiatives to improve receiving, putaway, inventory accuracy, dock throughput, and inbound cycle times.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve inbound shipment exceptions and ensure material availability.
  • •Monitor inbound performance metrics and initiate corrective actions when results deviate from targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in inbound logistics, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain execution in distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP and WMS platforms (e.g., SAP) with experience processing inbound inventory transactions.
  • •Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
