Job Summary

Coordinate field trials of new fertilizer products with research institutes and produce technical reports for results discussion with the Agronomy Department. Support product development by presenting and validating concepts with selected customers and identifying Brazilian market opportunities. Monitor product quality on arrivals, provide technical customer advisory, and help resolve quality-related claims. Ensure regulatory compliance with Brazilian fertilizer legislation (MAPA) and maintain technical documentation for field trials.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate field trials of new products in partnership with research institutes.
•Prepare detailed technical reports and discuss trial results with the Agronomy Department.
•Present and validate new product concepts with selected customers and support project development.
•Monitor product arrival quality in Brazil to ensure compliance with specifications; provide technical customer advisory services.
•Support regulatory compliance with Brazilian fertilizer legislation (MAPA) and maintain technical responsibility for trial and regulatory documentation.

Key Requirements

•Degree in agronomy.
•Master’s degree in areas related to soil fertility and crop production.
•Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
•Strong agrobusiness background with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
•PhD is desirable; English intermediate level is desirable.
