Senior Lead - Footwear Testing

Lead the footwear testing function for the Running category, validating products from development through market readiness. You’ll manage a team of specialists, define rigorous test strategies across durability, fit, comfort, and performance, and run qualitative and quantitative footwear testing plus real-world validation. Partner with Design, Development, Materials, Product Strategy, and Sports Science to translate complex data into clear reports and evidence-based product decisions.
