Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
  • •Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
  • •Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to keep display areas clean and organized.
  • •Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
  • •Execute photo station processing for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.

Salary: USD 16.65 - 23.22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
  • •Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.
  • •Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • •Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
