Lead Alo’s marketing technology stack that powers Customer 360, lifecycle orchestration, experimentation, and measurement. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of martech engineers and marketing technologists, setting goals and development paths.
•Own sprint planning, delivery management, stakeholder communication, and engineering standards/runbooks for the martech roadmap.
•Own the marketing technology roadmap across CDP, reverse ETL, and activation platforms, including vendor evaluation and platform consolidation decisions.
•Operationalize Customer 360 by syncing profiles/traits/audiences into the CDP and Braze via reverse ETL, ensuring consistent identity, consent, and audience logic.
•Own paid media and acquisition marketing infrastructure, including ad integrations, CAPI, audience/suppression syncs, and privacy-compliant data sharing for targeting and measurement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•People-first leader with strong ownership and execution, comfortable leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
•6+ years in Martech, Marketing Operations, CRM, or Data Engineering, including 2+ years managing technical teams or leading large programs.
•Strong experience with CDPs and reverse ETL tools (e.g., Hightouch, GrowthLoop).
•Experience delivering retention marketing, CRM, and lifecycle programs at scale, including identity resolution and consent management.
•Hands-on scripting background (Python or JavaScript) and familiarity with experimentation and marketing measurement frameworks.
