Job Summary

Own booking reconciliation within FP&A to ensure bookings data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready before revenue reporting, forecasting, and quarter-end close. Reconcile bookings against SAP order data line by line, investigate discrepancies, and maintain reconciliation logs. Identify non-renewals and attrition records used in churn/retention reporting, support month- and quarter-end close, and communicate status and case updates with Sales and Sales Ops stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Reconcile bookings against original SAP orders line by line to ensure they match on value, product, term, and account before FP&A reporting.
•Investigate and resolve discrepancies between booking records and SAP orders, escalating unresolved issues to FP&A leadership.
•Maintain a clean, up-to-date reconciliation log covering the status of every booking throughout the close cycle.
•Identify non-renewals and create non-renewal/attrition records for churn and retention reporting; validate attrition data against SAP and bookings.
•Respond to stakeholder emails, run check-ins with Field Sales/Deal Desk/Sales Operations, and support month-end and quarter-end close with audit-ready reconciliation outputs.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in FP&A, controllership, or related finance functions at a large multinational organization.
•Bachelor's or postgraduate degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•Hands-on experience with SAP, including order and booking data.
•Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics or SFDC.
•Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and Power BI skills; working knowledge of macros/SQL is an advantage.
