Key Responsibilities

•Work at designated workstations within Assembly or Disassembly following successful completion of induction training.
•Operate tools, machines, and equipment to perform detailed engine assembly, disassembly, inspection, and maintenance.
•Carry out engine work as per manufacturer’s manuals and customer-specific requirements to carry out all tasks.
•Interpret engine manuals and adhere strictly to work instructions, ensuring precision and quality at all stages.
•Meet timelines and milestones to deliver engines to testing and back to the customer on time without compromising safety and quality.

Key Requirements

•Trade Qualified – NZQA Level 4 or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years’ hands on experience in aerospace, automotive, mechanical engineering or related fields.
•Demonstrated ability to follow processes and technical instructions accurately.
•Able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, kneeling, and twisting.
•Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts and overtime as required.
