Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Bupa remains compliant with UKVI salary requirements for sponsored workers.
  • •Develop and manage processes to keep sponsored employees paid in line with UKVI salary thresholds.
  • •Monitor and investigate payroll and rostering anomalies, including underpayments, deductions, unpaid leave, and working pattern changes.
  • •Create reporting mechanisms and regular compliance dashboards to evidence and surface sponsorship compliance risks.
  • •Maintain auditable sponsorship records and ensure required notifications and reporting to the Home Office are completed within timescales.
