Job Summary

Support the sales organization in Riyadh by leading technical activities across the full sales cycle for Enterprise customers. Own technical engagement from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs, collaborate on POCs, and act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners. Deepen product and competitive knowledge, confidently present solutions remotely or in person, and maintain accurate technical CRM activity for prospects and accounts.

•Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs, including project management and participation in POCs.
•Understand customer technical requirements and design solutions that outperform competitor offerings.
•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in collaboration with the sales partner.
•Continuously improve knowledge of Fortinet products/solutions and the competitive landscape to support long-lasting protection against evolving threats.
•Position Fortinet solutions remotely or in person and maintain accurate technical activity and account information in Salesforce.

•Strong aptitude for security technologies such as encryption and authentication, with desirable knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, and switching.
•Experience in a pre-sales engineering role managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals through technical closure.
•Strong problem-solving skills with examples of how they led to key wins in your organization.
•Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technically with external and internal stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES; CISSP is beneficial.
