Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a high-performing team of offensive security professionals delivering engagements (penetration testing, application security testing, red team, etc.)
  • •Help develop and lead a multi-year service, delivery, and financial strategy to meet company objectives
  • •Manage a P&L including forecasting, backlog management, utilization, and scheduling
  • •Partner with the sales organization and other business development leaders for complex adversarial testing needs
  • •Represent the Sophos Red Team services portfolio and champion new services, capabilities, and offers; develop a go-to-market strategy

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in cybersecurity leading offensive security (offensive security leadership)
  • •Presales and post-sales delivery experience at the SME level
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams and maintain a strong team culture
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing executive management
  • •Experience working with global, remote, multi-cultural teams
