Own revenue and quarterly quota for the Southwest market across AR, LA, TN, MS, TX, WY, NM, and CO. Build and grow a partner ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers through relationship management and strategic deal execution. Personally develop the region’s most strategic Gold Advisor relationships while shaping territory strategy with partner teams and peers, delivering complex, cross-functional wins with autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

•Own revenue responsibilities for the Southwest territory (AR, LA, TN, MS, TX, WY, NM, CO).
•Own a quarterly quota and independently deliver on complex, cross-functional deals with minimal support.
•Build and grow the region’s base of brokers and advisors by activating new partners and deepening top producers.
•Personally develop and win the region’s most strategic Gold Advisor relationships.
•Shape territory strategy with partner roles (Enterprise, AE, CR, and peer RDs) by sharing what’s working.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 300,000

Key Requirements

•Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role.
