Assist in managing the service team within the outlet concept in collaboration with the culinary team, helping deliver an outstanding guest experience. Ensure all hotel rules and regulations are followed, including fire and safety policies and hygiene standards such as HACCP. Support driving outlet sales to full potential and maintaining high-quality product and service. Contribute to an entrepreneurial outlet approach, support internal talent growth, and be ready to take over in the hotel or other Kempinski properties.
