Key Responsibilities

•Support the growth of Philips’ consumables business by gaining hands-on exposure to the full commercial sales cycle and customer engagement activities.
•Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer mapping, and commercial insights.
•Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Clinical Applications while engaging customers and stakeholders across South Africa.
•Develop analytical, business development, and customer engagement skills through structured on-the-job learning, sales call shadowing, and commercial projects.

Key Requirements

•You are a recent graduate (2025–2026) or will complete your final year of study before the programme start date.
•You have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an interest in commercial and sales environments.
•You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
•You are fluent in English and demonstrate a proactive mindset, customer focus, and willingness to learn.
