•Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year growth in loans, deposits, and broader relationship value.
•Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients’ business, goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Serve as the primary point of contact and recommend solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives and credit/portfolio quality expectations using responsible banking practices.
•Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring trends, identifying risk indicators, and applying underwriting judgment, partnering with internal teams as needed.

•Professionalism and strong working knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
•Typically a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and three to four years of relationship banking experience.
