•Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, MCNs, and live-streaming/content creator organizations.
•Manage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem.
•Support creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools, and agency terms with global cross-functional teams.
•Guide the existing agency portfolio across operational topics such as education, training, and shared operational services.
•Provide strategic guidance to agencies on the variety and quality of content verticals.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in Bulgarian or Hungarian and English to manage Bulgarian/Hungarian-speaking agencies.
•Experience with influencers, celebrities, or live-streaming platforms.
•Proven experience managing agencies and dealing with stakeholders.
•Strong data analysis skills and comfort in a high-growth environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred) and minimum 4 years relevant experience in live-streaming or entertainment (preferred).
