Job Summary

Drive enterprise sales growth across the Saudi market by developing new opportunities and expanding strategic government and enterprise accounts. Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature, including RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and negotiations. Lead customer presentations and product demonstrations, collaborating with Pre-Sales, Technical, Delivery, and Marketing to deliver winning solutions. Maintain CRM-based pipeline and forecasts and represent the company at industry events, with travel within Saudi as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
•Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts across government and enterprise sectors.
•Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature, including RFP/RFQ responses and negotiations.
•Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and executive-level discussions.
•Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools and represent the company at industry events (with travel within Saudi Arabia as required).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
•Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B software sales.
•Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Saudi market OR UAE market.
•Proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions including digital transformation, system integration, AI, IT infrastructure, network connectivity, cloud solutions, and managed services.
•Fluent in Arabic and English; strong experience selling to government entities and large enterprise customers.
