Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems.
  • •Develop, implement, and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including routine and preventative maintenance on plant processing equipment.
  • •Supervise minor repairs and defects, execute renovations, and ensure documentation is maintained for auditing and approvals.
  • •Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure zero accidents during maintenance execution, coordinating critical works as needed.
  • •Maintain work-order and maintenance records, set and manage maintenance goals and performance, and provide on-job training and coaching to direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of overall experience, including 5 years on the job and 3 years in the GCC.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of building facility maintenance across electrical, plumbing, painting, and mechanical systems.
  • •Knowledge of local codes and regulations, materials, tools, and maintenance methods for building equipment.
  • •ERP knowledge—preferably SAP functional skills—required for success in the role.
