Job Summary

Work on a residential solar installation construction team alongside the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete end-to-end solar projects. You’ll support safe job sites, review inventory and materials, assemble and layout solar components and mounts per the project plan, apply weather sealing, and ensure thorough cleanup of client sites and vehicles. The role emphasizes rooftop field safety, training on products and installation methodology, and meeting due dates and team metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure personal, crew, and job-site safety at all times and participate in training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety.
•Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is adequately stocked.
•Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mechanical/structural mounts, electrical equipment, and tools per the project plan.
•Apply weather sealing to roofing structures, buildings, or support mechanisms.
•Perform project clean-up, including client site and installation vehicle, to keep the job site clean and orderly.

Salary: USD 22.81 - 30.42 hourly

•Previous solar, construction, or military experience preferred, but not required.
•Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging others to work safely.

•Shown ability to meet due dates, metrics, and impact results both individually and as a teammate in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to perform physical work such as transporting materials, working on rooftops, climbing ladders, and working in outdoor weather conditions.
