Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the vision and multi-quarter strategy for Contract Orchestration, including how Zip beats incumbent CLMs.
  • •Ship AI capabilities for clause analysis, playbook-grounded redlines, contract generation, triage/routing, and metadata extraction.
  • •Own the full lifecycle from contract intake and negotiation through repository, contract families, renewals, and contract-to-spend compliance.
  • •Partner with customers to deliver features that reduce contract cycle times and increase contract visibility and compliance.
  • •Build agents and own the AI quality bar end to end, including evals, guardrails, and feedback loops.
