Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain Data & AI product strategies and roadmaps.
  • •Set product vision, objectives, KPIs, and value realization measures; prioritize initiatives by business impact and strategic alignment.
  • •Manage a portfolio and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Data & AI products, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.
  • •Ensure delivery timelines, budget adherence, and expected business outcomes; resolve strategic delivery risks and roadblocks.
  • •Lead and mentor Product Owners and Product Management resources; establish governance standards and operating procedures to ensure compliance with Data Governance and PDPL, and drive adoption across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics, or AI-related domains.
  • •Proven experience managing enterprise-scale product portfolios.
  • •Strong understanding of Data & AI platforms, governance, analytics, and digital transformation.
  • •Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Project Management, or Change Management preferred.
