Shift Supervisor

Coordinate daily production activities to maximize productivity, efficiency, and safety at the Oklahoma City plant. Lead and direct shift personnel, including mold techs, team leaders, and machine operators, while ensuring product quality using statistical methods. Train and evaluate new associates, manage reports and attendance records, and direct investigations for accidents. Oversee housekeeping and initiate corrective or disciplinary actions in collaboration with Department and HR Managers.
