Service Coordinator (Cape Town, WC, ZA)

Coordinate the scheduling, planning, and execution of service activities for compressors and compressed air equipment. Dispatch technicians for breakdowns, installations, and preventative maintenance, prioritize urgent calls, and manage service contract compliance. Serve as the communication hub among customers, technicians, and the Service Manager, while maintaining accurate job cards, service reports, invoices, and service history. Manage orders and inventory/parts on the ERP system and produce weekly service performance reports.
