Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements critical to FluidStack's delivery of AI infrastructure.
  • •Contribute to data center development and leasing, energy, and supply chain and procurement discussions and agreements.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to drive transactions to completion and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the company.
  • •Manage outside counsel across substantive disciplines with rigor and efficiency.
  • •Help build the Legal Department from the ground up and implement scalable processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctorate degree or international equivalent.
  • •Active license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction, with ability to meet admission requirements as needed.
  • •8–12 years of sophisticated experience as a practicing attorney, with fluency in areas directly relevant to data center development, including leasing, energy, and supply chain and procurement.
  • •Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties, with a high degree of autonomy and a commercially pragmatic approach.
  • •Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations and to anticipate and address complex legal and business issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.
