Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as System Owner with end-to-end technical accountability for cleanroom mechanical utility systems across build, construction, commissioning, and operation.
  • •Develop and assess cleanroom design basis (airflow, air-change rates, pressurization cascade, cleanliness classification) aligned to ISO 14644 and Micron standards.
  • •Analyze tool utility matrices, hook-up diagrams, and point-of-connection plans; validate utility demand and coordinate facilities readiness with tool owners.
  • •Act as accountable O&M owner for assigned systems, ensuring safe, reliable 24/7 availability and coordinating preventive/predictive/condition-based maintenance using RCM/FMEA in SAP PM.
  • •Manage OEM service contracts and vendors, lead breakdown response and root-cause corrective/preventive actions, and drive reliability/optimization projects with quantified ROI and energy/carbon improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related engineering field.
  • •Experience in mechanical/facilities engineering with strong exposure to cleanroom environments and/or tool-install/utility hook-up programs.
  • •Direct experience in a semiconductor, wafer-fab, data-centre, pharmaceutical, or other high-purity/critical cleanroom environment.
  • •Experience delivering capital projects from concept through commissioning and hand-over to operations, including long-term O&M ownership.
  • •Working knowledge of BMS platforms and SAP PM, plus familiarity with AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working.
