Conduct 100% remote, consultative intake conversations with prospective NOCD members. Key Responsibilities

•Make outbound consultative intake calls to individuals seeking help and guide them from vulnerability to action.
•Listen to sensitive OCD-related accounts empathetically and clearly communicate how NOCD’s specialized ERP therapy helps.
•Address complex objections (e.g., financial concerns, scheduling hesitations, fear of starting therapy) using objection-handling techniques.
•Own the initial relationship to drive enrollment conversion and schedule the member’s first therapy session by end of call.
•Receive and implement regular leadership coaching on call quality, metric tracking, and conversational delivery.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in a consultative sales, enrollment, or high-stakes intake environment measured against KPIs.
•Exceptional emotional stamina to pivot from empathetic conversations to a structured enrollment close.

•Technologically nimble—manage multiple software platforms, scheduling systems, and communication channels in a fast-paced environment.
•High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.
