Job Summary

Design how humans work alongside AI agents that run local businesses autonomously 24/7, from answering phones to booking appointments and closing deals. Lead the design standard for the team, partner closely with PM and engineering on enterprise UX challenges, and drive direction from hands-on customer research conducted on-site. Build and prototype interaction patterns that don’t exist yet, helping create a new category of agentic UX.
