Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly and annual close and reporting for the distribution business line
  • •Own revenue recognition and accounts receivable, reconciling DSP reporting, royalties system, and the general ledger
  • •Execute monthly reconciliations for associated accounts across business lines
  • •Track cash and marketing advance payments and recoupments, ensuring recoupable expenses are correctly associated with artist accounts
  • •Maintain general ledger bookkeeping and create/process outgoing customer invoices and related record label and music publishing invoices and payments

Key Requirements
