Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through the early stages of making claims and set clear expectations.
•Review medical questionnaires, underwriting forms, and healthcare practitioner reports to assess eligibility under underwriting terms.
•Liaise with healthcare professionals to obtain relevant medical information for underwriting decisions.
•Communicate underwriting decisions professionally, empathetically, and in an easy-to-understand way.
•Manage cases and documentation accurately and within agreed service levels while balancing quality, compliance, and productivity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 28,200 - 31,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a busy customer-focused contact centre environment.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for discussing sensitive and confidential information tactfully.
