Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct practice support by onboarding practices to Aledade, coaching on technologies, and helping ensure goals in jointly developed Practice Transformation Plans.
  • •Support ACO training and development by training office staff and physicians/providers on processes and technologies and assessing ongoing training needs.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives to support financial and quality performance across performance metrics.
  • •Listen to practice concerns and relay key information to manager/leads to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • •Work remotely across US time zones and travel up to 10% annually as requested for team retreats and practice support.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management in lieu of educational requirements, especially with administrative clinic experience.
  • •3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management processes.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public presentation skills.
  • •Strong organizational and project management skills, including team-building.
  • •Comfort with process mapping and workflow analysis tools, and strong computer skills/willingness to learn new software applications.
