Own the design and delivery of complex, end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform, including integration orchestration and compliance-grade workflows. Work independently to shape technical approaches and present architectural trade-offs within a global engineering team. Build with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and automation while ensuring code quality via governor-limit-aware development, testing, and troubleshooting across integration layers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build complex Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and process automation while supporting long-term scalability.
•Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Objects.
•Coordinate daily with a distributed engineering team across geographies and participate in Agile ceremonies.
•Write robust, well-tested code and perform peer code reviews with governor-limit and org-health considerations.
•Perform root-cause analysis and debug complex issues across Apex, LWC, and integration layers.

Key Requirements

•Experience working in a large, heavily customized Salesforce org, including config-driven UI frameworks and custom LWC component libraries.
•Advanced Apex and async processing (triggers, batch, Queueable, future methods, platform events) with governor-limit awareness at scale.
•Strong LWC skills including component composition, custom event architecture, imperative Apex, dynamic rendering, and cross-component state management.
•Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Objects, including retry logic and contract-first design.
•Data modeling for scale and compliance using Custom Metadata as config, JSON serialization, and SOQL optimized for volume.
