Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to member inquiries professionally and confidentially across credit union products and services.
  • •Execute member service tasks including processing share withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and cashing checks.
  • •Maintain and reconcile a teller cash drawer daily while managing cash levels.
  • •Open new member accounts, cross-sell services, and provide required account disclosures.
  • •Process loan applications by evaluating credit history, calculating debt ratios for approvals, and ensure compliance with BSA through FINCEN monitoring and OFAC checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in the Credit Union or Banking field.
  • •5+ years of previous credit union or banking experience.
