Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the end-to-end project management lifecycle for control-related initiatives, ensuring execution, communication, and quality.
  • •Execute daily operational monitoring and control testing, including investigations and root cause research for system/process breakdowns.
  • •Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend remediation to strengthen the control environment and quality of completed test work.
  • •Serve as the Content Domain Owner for Procedural Intent, translating strategic intent into actionable agent steps and improving job aids/procedures.
  • •Manage risk event identification, containment, remediation, and coordination of fixes in line with enterprise risk standards, ensuring timely customer outcomes.
