Key Responsibilities

•Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand current processes, organizational structures, and performance drivers
•Gather, validate, and interpret data (operational metrics, financials, collaborator feedback) to support decision-making
•Synthesize complex inputs (process maps, interviews, benchmarks) into clear and actionable recommendations
•Support design of the future operating model, documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows
•Prepare materials for senior collaborators, including presentations, reports, and steering committee updates

Key Requirements

•Experience (3+ years) in business analysis, consulting, operations improvement, or transformation programmes, ideally in a global or matrix environment
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into clear recommendations
•Practical experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
•Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or process mapping software is an advantage
•Strong communication and partner management skills, capable of working across different teams, levels, and geographies
