Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand current processes, organizational structures, and performance drivers
  • •Gather, validate, and interpret data (operational metrics, financials, collaborator feedback) to support decision-making
  • •Synthesize complex inputs (process maps, interviews, benchmarks) into clear and actionable recommendations
  • •Support design of the future operating model, documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows
  • •Prepare materials for senior collaborators, including presentations, reports, and steering committee updates

Key Requirements

  • •Experience (3+ years) in business analysis, consulting, operations improvement, or transformation programmes, ideally in a global or matrix environment
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • •Practical experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
  • •Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or process mapping software is an advantage
  • •Strong communication and partner management skills, capable of working across different teams, levels, and geographies
