Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and hire an electrical hardware reliability team supporting Starshield production.
  • •Provide technical mentorship and guidance for root cause investigations of electrical hardware failures.
  • •Align reliability goals with production and partner engineering teams to meet program reliability and rate objectives.
  • •Drive corrective actions for products not meeting design specifications using yield and defect monitoring to identify failure modes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or another engineering discipline.
  • •3+ years of experience in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering (internships and co-ops acceptable).
  • •1+ years of experience leading a project, team, or people.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and root causing electrical hardware failures.
  • •Experience with digital/mixed-signal, power electronics, or RF electronics using test tools (oscilloscopes, signal generators, digital multimeters, power supplies, soldering equipment).
