Lead Hardware Reliability Engineer, Electrical (Starshield)

Build and lead an electrical hardware reliability team for Starshield, supporting production by investigating electrical hardware failures and driving root-cause corrective actions. Partner across electrical, mechanical, software, and supply chain teams to improve PCBAs’ robustness and longevity, align reliability goals with production and engineering, and incorporate on-orbit reliability findings into production improvements.
