Job Summary

Own daily go-to-market operational tasks while bridging data, business strategy, and execution for DealHub’s Business Command Center. Monitor GTM KPIs, sales pipeline health, and CSM optimization; align Sales and Marketing through analysis of campaign effectiveness and lead handover. Build real-time dashboards for leadership, run market and competitor research, and support pricing/packaging data modeling across market segments.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily operational GTM tasks including manual data gathering, tracking, and organization while automation pipelines are developed.
•Monitor GTM metrics and KPIs, including sales pipeline health and CSM optimization.
•Analyze campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and marketing-to-sales handover to keep the revenue engine running efficiently.
•Build and maintain dashboards that provide leadership real-time visibility into GTM performance.
•Conduct market and competitor research and support pricing/packaging data modeling for different market segments.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar analytical role.
•Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, reporting, and maintaining high data accuracy.
•Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using BI/reporting tools.
•Hands-on experience working with CRM and GTM systems; able to quickly learn new tools and processes.
•Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution of daily operational tasks.
