Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and starting HVAC equipment/systems at customer locations.
•Diagnose and repair units using cutting-edge software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).

•EPA Certification.
•Use of hand tools and ability to follow blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
