Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare construction cost estimates at all design stages for various project types and present final cost plans.
  • •Manage estimating and cost planning activities and take ownership of the final cost plan/estimate.
  • •Apply value management techniques at project outset and where appropriate.
  • •Ensure cost analysis, cost checking and valuation work is effectively managed.
  • •Lead a cost management team and interface with clients and other consultants throughout project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •5 - 10 years post-graduate experience delivering pre-construction and post contract cost services.

  • •Experience leading a cost management team and interfacing with clients.
