Job Summary

Own end-to-end product discovery, delivery, and performance for USAA’s investment member experience within the ISCO Digital and Design Team. Lead development of digital and technology capabilities across channels, including automated chat responses, IVR responses, and voice-to-chat solutions. Build roadmaps and business cases, shepherd initiatives through market validation, and optimize results using KPIs/KRIs and user-centered design to deliver on time and within budget.

•Independently leverage digital/technology research, business and market intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and maintain product roadmaps.

•Shepherd complex product and experience opportunities from idea through market validation with Business, UX, Technology, Ops, Marketing, and SMEs.
•Lead development of business case artifacts and hypotheses to scope and prioritize efforts.
•Lead cross-functional product teams to discover, build, and launch new digital/technology products and optimize performance against KPIs/KRIs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•6 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including strategy/planning, innovation, user experience, process engineering, analytics, and/or research/testing.
•Proven ability to develop, influence, present, and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users, and leadership.
•Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile, Lean Product Development and Lean Portfolio Management environment.
•Knowledge of digital/technology strategy and delivery (roadmaps, journey mapping, competitive analysis, situation analysis) and Experience/Human-Centered Design concepts.
