Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, including testing, repairing, and ensuring technology works as designed.
  • •Clean and maintain AV equipment (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans).
  • •Provide timely support such as meeting support, installing non-complex AV components, and assisting with video/audio recording when applicable.
  • •Complete job site documentation, provide client training on AV technology as needed, and set up/operate/troubleshoot audio/video systems while adhering to local safety standards.
