Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Binance’s speaker program, securing high-impact speaking engagements and managing logistics, speaker calendars, and briefing documents.
  • •Develop newsworthy stories and secure earned media opportunities (media, KOL, podcast interviews) focused on security, compliance, product innovation, and institutional growth.
  • •Maintain and build Binance’s executive speaker bench, including media training support and consistent message delivery across channels.
  • •Build and expand key media relationships and consistently secure impactful coverage for top spokespeople, including interviews, commentary, op-eds, and feature stories.
  • •Maintain corporate messaging and news across announcements and partnerships, ensuring cross-team alignment and compliant, consistent communications with legal, compliance, and policy teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in communications, creative/agency/marketing, operations, or project/program management environments.
  • •Experience working in fintech, tech, crypto, or similarly fast-paced industries.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Asana (or similar tools), including workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and integrations; experience scaling Asana across cross-functional teams.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows, including familiarity with LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, SafuGPT) and AI image/video generation platforms.
  • •Ability to evaluate, procure, and onboard creative tools; assess requirements, build business cases for tool investment, and manage vendor relationships.
